Sam Kinkaid

Prior to working in real estate, I enjoyed a very fulfilling and successful career in coaching and teaching where I did master’s work. I have been happily married for 42 years to a 31 year Veteran and we have two very prosperous and happy children and three grandchildren. My passion is taking care of my customers like they are family. Treating them with honesty and understanding their needs and desires since obtaining my license in 1989 is paramount in my business. My background in being a professional and an understanding teacher has helped build my business to where it is today. I am very active in my industry and in my community. I help people pursue their dreams whether their interests are in land, residential, commercial, bank owned or a real estate investment.

Graduate of Winona State University with masters work in Education & a coaching degree. Taught school and
coached varsity women’s sports for 15 years.
